Prior to obtaining my real estate license I worked for 22 years in the information technology field building software for the healthcare industry. In my last position as Vice President of Product Development I was responsible for the leadership and management of a software product development group. Duties included employee relations and development, customer relations, budgeting and expense management, product release planning, scheduling, design, software development, quality assurance, documentation, software packaging and delivery and third party contract negotiations.

Complete exterior renovation including tear down, repair, window replacement, residing and painting of a townhome. Managed the project on a daily basis scheduleing and coordinating multiple venders, decision making and on-site inspections.
Construction of a 210' gulf front retaining wall. Managed the project on a daily basis scheduling and coordinating multiple venders, decision making, problem solving, budgeting and expense managment, on-site inspections and preparing progress reports.
